Amazing location, so much to see and do in walking distance. Staff are incredible and it always put a smile on our faces to see the doorman (special shout out to both the day and night doormen!!) Price was great for the room. Staying at Casa Mali gave us a safe and amazing base to explore Mexico City for our first and definitely not last time. Love from Canada to Mexico City and everyone at Casa Mali that made our trip so wonderful.

This is a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. From the very first moment, when the door man greeted us and brought our luggage to the room immediately to the daily breakfast, everything was spectacular. Without doubt I would stay here again.

Spent 3 weeks at Casa Mali and overall, this is one of the best extended stays I’ve had in Condesa or Roma. The cleanliness of the room and property are what moved my rating from 4 to 5. Someone is always cleaning and being offered daily service when staying somewhere that long was a huge perk. They are also not stingy with towels & bedding, offering new or additional as needed. The hotels location could not be better and the safety is unmatched. The staff working the front door and desk are so helpful and there to let you in each morning and evening. An issue I would note is that the first floor rooms are far less superior than others. Less light (kind of like a cave), more noise. I’ve stayed on the 3rd floor previously so I can confirm those rooms are much better overall. The room I was placed in was directly next to the desk (room 105, junior suite category) and this significantly impacted my experience as you can hear many sounds and conversations all day. I have to admit the staff did inform me my room was on the 1st floor so I should have known it would not be as quiet as they stated it would be. I also suspect this is the smallest junior suite in the property which is why it was available 3 weeks so if you’re looking to get every sq ft possible, this is not the room for you. If I knew for 100% certain I’d not be on the first floor, I’d book again in a heart beat and suspect I’ll just email ahead of time next time to be sure. If you’re staying for less time and not going to be in your room much, this all might not be an issue for you. The AC blocks out most noise when sleeping. Breakfast is a nice option but the selection is limited. The staff replenish items constantly and are always cleaning up which improves the overall experience. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt larger than a standard king in the US. Sheets and pillows of a very high quality and I appreciated how many pillow options there were. WiFi was shockingly fast for a shared network. I worked from my room, the little library, and rooftop without a single issue. I believe it clocked right around 80 mbps from the rooftop which is pretty impressive. Would I suggest Casa Mali? Yes!

This hotel is a true gem of the Condesa neighborhood. A stylish Art Deco mansion with beautifully designed interiors. Everything is spotless, and the staff is incredibly polite and works flawlessly. A tip: message the hotel directly through the website chat regarding reservations. In our case, I couldn’t book my dates on Booking.com or even on the hotel’s own website — one of the three nights showed as unavailable. I wrote to them in the chat, and they completed the booking for me. Our stay was extremely comfortable and pleasant. The rooms have everything you need and even more — including a scale to keep track of how many tacos you’ve eaten Though honestly, why track it at all? Just enjoy. And by the way, the breakfasts are excellent, with a particularly impressive variety of fresh fruit.

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay at Casa Malí. The staff was super friendly, clean room, fabulous bath & bed linens. Super cool boutique hotel! Perfect location with awesome park made for great walks. We would highly recommend and plan to return next time we are in CDMX.

I don’t even know where to start — this hotel had everything we could’ve asked for. The location is unbeatable. You’re right in the heart of La Condesa and steps away from the beautiful Parque México. We loved starting our mornings with a coffee and a walk through the park, watching all the dogs at the dog park. The hotel itself was very quiet (even though we were on the first floor next to the front desk), and our room was spacious and super comfortable — especially the bed! Huge thank you to Edna and Edwin at the front desk, and to Miguel and Manuel at the door, for making us feel so welcome and go above and beyond! We’ll definitely be back!!

First of all, I am a snob when it comes to hotels. I picked this hotel because it was in a great location and the walkable to everything. Security was very tight, and that’s a good thing. I loved the people at the front desk. There’s a nice little rooftop to get some sunshine, and there’s a grill that you can use. If you are a fitness fanatic, you might want to find a local gym and there are plenty of them. The fitness room has two cardio machines and that’s it. Overall, I thought it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anybody. Super clean, mattresses were very comfortable, and the air conditioning work like a charm.

Casa Mali was a welcome, tranquil place for my stay in CDMX. The location is excellent - right outside Parque Mexico and a good home base for exploring Condesa and surrounding areas. I didn’t notice much outside noise at all. All of the staff provided me with exceptional service and as a solo traveler, I felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The breakfast was an excellent value and I enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop patio in the afternoon. My studio room was on the smaller side, but the bathroom was spacious and well—appointed. I am glad I found Casa Mali for my stay!
